Phase 1 of the Port of Tillamook Bay digester has been completed. Two of four plug flow cells are currently in operation and producing 240kW of electricity from over 100,000 cubic feet of biogas per day.

Eight dairies are participating in phase 1 with a combined 'virtual herd' size of approximately 2000 Holsteins. Manure is imported daily from the diaries and the post-separation liquid nutrient is returned.
